Namaste, dear souls! my name is Avi and my heart dances to the rhythm of yoga
My Journey: my yoga mat has been my compass. For many years, I’ve immersed myself in the practice—the asanas, the breath, the sacred stillness. But it’s not just about bending and stretching, it’s about bending our minds toward peace and stretching our hearts toward compassion.
Why Yoga? Because it’s more than a workout, Yoga whispers ancient secrets: “Breathe, beloved. You are both the lotus and the mud.” And so, I teach—to share this wisdom, to guide others toward their inner lotus, even when life feels a bit muddy.
My Mission: Transformation: We’re all works in progress. On our mats, we shed layers of stress, the doubts, the “not enough.” Together, we evolve one breath at a time.
Balance: Life’s scales tip wildly sometimes. But here, we recalibrate. I’ve walked the tightrope of existence, balancing family, career, and dreams. Let’s find equilibrium together.
Restoration: Our bodies are temples, and sometimes they need a little renovation. As a personal trainer, I’ve witnessed miracles, the weak becoming strong, the fractured finding wholeness. Let’s restore your temple.
The Martial Arts perspective: In the dojo, I’ve trained and danced with discipline. Martial arts taught me resilience, the art of falling and rising. Expect a warrior’s spirit in our practice.
Nutrition and Wellness: Food is medicine. I’ve explored many aspects in Nutrition, I bake my Breads and prepare my meals with great care and Love, I will share this love with you. Let’s nourish not just our bodies but our souls too.
